CAPS is a dynamically loaded extension of Tcl/Tk which comes with three other extensions called 'NAP', 'inform' and 'convert_date'. The information and software is provided freely by CSIRO. See the CSIRO Legal Notice and Disclaimer for conditions applying to the use of this software.
You can use the ActiveTcl link below to download from Active State the ActiveTcl Tcl/Tk binaries. These are available for Windows, Linux and Sun.
NOTE: The file name extensions for the ancillary files do not allow automatic download. Use the right mouse button with both Internet Explorer and Netscape to select the file and choose save Target as or Save Link As respectively
WARNING: PC versions must be unzipped with automatic CR/LF conversion options turned off. The CR/LF conversion causes the land-sea data base files to be corrupted resulting in rather messy geographic images.
